Continuing training is a great way to improve your skills, gain confidence and discover new techniques or simply other activities. Also learn more about the equipment that keeps evolving and about the latest trends in scuba diving.

✪ ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER (Padi)  ✪

Duration: 2 days

From: 12 years

Prerequisite: Be Open or Junior Open Water Diver certified or equivalent

 

Your adventure goes on!

This course offers you to develop your diving techniques and gain experience through new activities and methods.

You improve your techniques by accomplishing five "adventure" dives two of which are imposed: “Underwater Navigation” and “Deep”.

The other "Adventure" dives are at your choice.

 

Program:

  • Presentation of the “Adventure” dives
  • 5 open water dives (Sea)
  • Knowledge Review

ツ Each "Adventure" dive can be credited as "first dive" from the corresponding course specialty.
 

Documents to sign and bring to begin the course:

 

- Documents to sign*: Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding, Medical Statement

* For children, (under 18 years old) the documents must be signed by the child and a parent / guardian
 

- Documents to bring to enrolment:

    • A written clearance to dive from a physician as a prerequisite to in-water activities. This clearance is valid for one year.
    • Your diving certification card(s)
    • Your Logbook
    • Your diving insurance

✪ EFR (Emergency First Response) (Padi) 

Duration: 1 day

Divers and non-divers of all ages can follow this courses.

 

Combination between First Aid techniques and CPR (Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation), this course prepares you to manage emergency situations in the daily life. Many divers take the EFR course with a view to Rescue Diver training or for the first professional level, the PADI Divemaster.

 

Program:

  • Knowledge development
  • Emergency situations in the form of exercises
  • Knowledge Review
  • Final exam (QCM)

✪ RESCUE DIVER (Padi) ✪

Duration: 3-5 days

From: 15 years old (12 years for Junior Rescue Divers)

Prerequisite:

  • Be Advanced or Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certified or equivalent
  • Have done a first aid and RCP course: Padi Emergency First Response (EFR) or equivalent, in the last 24 months.

 

Reach a new step! Broaden his attention about other divers!

This course prepares you to prevent and manage diving emergencies (benign or severe) by: The Review of self-rescue techniques already acquired, rescue and scenarios exercises. Although this course is demanding, it is entertaining and one of the most fascinating and rewarding.

  • Knowledge development
  • Knowledge Review
  • Open water dives (Sea): Review of self-rescue techniques, rescue and scenarios exercises
  • Final exam (QCM)
  • EFR course (Only if no first aid courses have been completed in the last 24 months)
