The Emergency First Response (EFR) training is a first aid program designed to be accessible to all. It is aimed at divers and non-divers alike, regardless of age.

This training incorporates comprehensive first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques. It provides participants with essential skills to effectively manage emergency situations in daily life. Many divers choose to take this course, either to prepare for their future Rescue Diver training or to progress to the first professional level of PADI, namely the Divemaster level.

PADI’s Rescue Diver course is designed to prepare divers for various types of underwater emergencies, from minor to critical. It focuses mainly on the revision and deepening of self-rescue techniques, offering practical exercises and realistic situations.

Although this training is technically demanding, it remains captivating and represents one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in a diver’s journey.
